Hey folks! We just shipped a major update to our webhooks support for easier integrating with Slack! Now, when creating a webhook you can choose to have specifically Slack-formatted events sent to a Slack Webhook URL, and filter the events that get delivered to the URL. Along with this feature: • we have also added webhook events for Pulumi Deployments! • we have improved our Webhook resource in the pulumiservice provider to add support for stack webhooks along with all of the new functionality of slack-formatted webhooks and event filtering. We're super excited for you to check out all the new functionality, let us know what you think!

Today we launched support for automatically updating dependent stacks via #pulumi-deployments 🚀 https://www.pulumi.com/blog/dependent-stack-updates/ This is accomplished via two new features within Pulumi Cloud: 1. Deployment Webhook Destinations for triggering downstream stack updates automatically 2. The Pulumi Auto Deploy Package for easily expressing dependencies and configuring downstream updates via Deployment Webhooks. The Auto Deploy Package makes it easy to express dependencies between stacks and Pulumi Deployments takes care of keeping them up to date:

We’ve had a number of requests from customers to recover stacks, either because the stack was accidentally deleted or the stack was intentionally deleted but, later on, they want to restore and preserve the activity history on the stack.

We also added “I’m Feeling Lucky” functionality that generates random queries for you. This can be a good way to quickly understand the types of insights Resource Search can deliver for your organization.
