The answer is yes, ProjectSink creates an entry in the <https://console.cloud.google.com/logs/router|Log Router Sinks> section

I used that resource for the first time while working on a blog post and I find the way the resources are arranged to be likewise confusing.

I'm interested in ways this could've been clearer for you.

For one thing, it would be nice if there was some mention of the wording "Log Router Sink" in  ProjectSink since "Log Router Sink" is what it is named in GCP.

Also, the <https://www.pulumi.com/registry/packages/gcp/api-docs/logging/projectsink/#inputs|Inputs, destinations> description is missing examples.  I <https://github.com/pulumi/registry/issues/2206|created an issue> in GitHub to provide a PubSub example
