It looks like this might be a bug? pulumi is making a request with the field `managedPolicyArns`, but according to the <https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSCloudFormation/latest/UserGuide/aws-resource-iam-role.html|AWS docs> it should be `ManagedPolicyArns`

It could be. Is this with the classic or the native provider?
