does anyone have experience with defining custom private endpoint for AKS using Pulumi. I get this message "Agents are unable to resolve Kubernetes API server name. It's likely custom DNS server is not correctly configured," as the configuration for DNS is only available through a shared vnet and it needs a `VirtualNetworkLink` to be created for the private zone
