Getting the following error when attempting to create a single network policy for AWS OpenSearch Serverless `error: resource partially created but read failed` . This is using aws-native (0.55.0). I didn't see any support elsewhere. Any thoughts?

I manually created an AOSS instance in AWS console and started importing into pulumi which appears to be working but at the moment I'm blocked at importing the network policy primarily unsure what the resource ID should be for it? What's the easiest most robust way to retrieve a resource's ID from AWS?
