Is there anything that has happened with the `pulumi stack export` command? I can't export any stacks at the moment:

`error: stack names are limited to 100 characters and may only contain alphanumeric, hyphens, underscores, or periods:`

the stack name is shorter and for this particular stack I know the command has worked before since I picked it from the history.
