Curious about this, though:

Since the functionality is equivalent, I can remove the `defaultTags` from my config, but isn't it expected that the `defaultTags` will be overridden by resource tags?

<@U01JU92UY82> Have you encountered this situation at all? Not convinced I should need to deduplicate here.
