Is there a general path forward for using OnePassword secrets as part of pulumi instead of encrypted secrets stored in the git repo?

oh wait, you want to use 1password instead of encrypted secrets?

secrets currently only supports the pulumi service and AWS KMS, gcloud secrerts and azure. Please feel free to open an issue

Is there any way to mark something from an environment variable as a secret before it ends up in the state file?

yep, <https://www.pulumi.com/docs/intro/concepts/secrets/#explicitly-marking-resource-outputs-as-secrets> and you can also use `pulumi.secret(os.GetEnv)`

Hey <@U055H7MQQNP> , that also requires 1Password to have an official API to a hosted service of them, which they haven’t for now.
