Is it possible to run pulumi go programs and have them use a local or vendored mod cache?

I'm kind of hoping it's as simple as just having a `vendor/` folder in the root module, but there's a lot of factors in the mix here

It _should_ be. Our resident super export on Go is out on holiday at the moment but they've been doing some work to ensure this works.
If anything doesn't work raise issues on our github and we can look into it.
