I'd highly recommend avoiding `aws-native` as it is not ready

I wouldn't recommend avoiding it. It is ready for use. It is not yet complete, but that's not a Pulumi issue; AWS haven't made all resources available through that API.

Thank you both, I am using aws-native as default and putting in tickets when I run into issues that are not built out yet. In this case I just had to flip back to plain aws classic, could not wait on fix. The getresource call just was not communicating properly to confirm resource built. :shrug:
