You might need to elaborate.  The concept, absolutely.  The implementation?  That depends.

I am conducting a research to evaluate the use of Ephemeral Environments and Localstack.

I have successfully deployed complex projects to localstack as developer sandboxes.

Could you please get me a resource on Localstack?
