This seems like a basic question but I can't seem to find the answer. Is there a way to pass a custom UserAgent parameter to Pulumi in AWS (s.t. the UserAgent listed in CloudTrail will be my custom UserAgent)? Thanks!

basically, something like what `TF_APPEND_USER_AGENT` does :slightly_smiling_face:
