I'm seeing <https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-google-native/issues/317#issuecomment-1639185291|this error> even though it seems to be closed. As I say in my comment maybe the docs need updating?

How am I supposed to use `google_native.monitoring.v3.UptimeCheckConfig` if the name is a mandatory string argument but GCP requires it not to be set
