Another user saw this the other day https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi/issues/13353 I couldn't repro, and they said when they tried again it just worked. I'd guess the terminal is getting in some strange mode, but seems odd that we're only getting these reports around

Thank you very much, Went over issue's cycle, and seems as the issue author says (issue happen when running on PowerShell terminal)

Yeh it seemed a powershell issue, but I tried in powershell and it worked, and when they tried again it just worked. So not sure what's actually wrong.

Worth leaving a comment, if just to record that it didn't just happen to one user once. If you can think of anything that might be a hint here leave that as well.
