Hello Pulumi community 👋 What are your opinions about introducing transactions to Pulumi? I definitely see benefits in that because we will be able to deploy all or nothing if something fails. What are your thoughts?

This would be largely provider specific - how do you handle rollbacks in the case of a partial run. For example Cloudformation has explicit phases and instructions for rollback.
