I think the question relates to plugin-like functionality, whereby users can extend or modify the behavior of the core `pulumi` CLI. Is that right, <@U03U4G25V1N>?

AFAIK we do not (yet) have an extensibility mechanism that would allow our open source community to create plugins for the `pulumi` CLI. Was there some specific functionality you had in mind?
