Can the Pulumi team update the templates &amp; package versions?

Ah figured it out- two of the typescript versions were at ^3.7 and another was at ^4.0.0- they all needed to bump to 4.

And I could bump ts to the latest as well as `--target node18` and the latest node version (20).
