I'm very happy with pulumi handling two-layer deployment, i.e. spinning up VMs with K3S (via cloudInit) and than creating k8s resources in it.
Anyone tried more layers?
I want to install Zitadel on that k8s and then configure resources in it. Hope Pulumi can handle waiting for another layer to start before timing out
