Is there an ongoing problem? I'm receiving this error for every call to the deployment settings API

Hi @eager-pillow-46253 —we’re aware of an issue with deployment settings for some orgs backed by an IdP. We’ve identified a fix and are In the process of rolling it out. I’ll update you when this is completed

Thanks Devon, in the mean time I've been chatting with our account manager, for others running into the same issue - a temporary fixed involved switching away from Github as the org identity provider over to Pulumi cloud
