I really like TypeScript but Iโve done Go as well and itโs good. The SDKs are all high quality TBH though

Best language overall will be what your team is most comfortable with, but if I had to pick one probably Python for the simplicity. Most IT folk are comfortable with Python

Typescript all the way. We started out with C# but quickly switched to Typescript as most of the examples and blog posts etc we found where using Typescript. While you can convert, it is a hassle.
