You might also need to setup IAM rules to allow anonymous access:

actually, it looks like ingress is under Networking and Authentication is under Security so they are actually 2 different settings

does it mean that we don’t need to worry about the option in the GUI as long as the ‘roles/run.invoker’ is assigned and allowed allUsers for the members?
