Another organization template question/issue, if I configure a path to a specific subdirectory containing a Pulumi.yaml, the New Project Wizard does not recognize it.

If I configure a path to a `templates` directory that contains subdirectories containing Pulumi.yaml files, then it works.  Is this expected?
