10/30/2023, 8:20 PMStrange because I was getting the same message on a Hetzner GitLab runner server in Germany and the build failed. Tried on my local machine in the UK and got the same error. Cant be a API limit because of the different networks having the same issue and I can access any other NPM package other than @pulumi/*
