Hi!  Does Pulumi have any plans to expand Pulumi ESC so we can use it through our own GCS or AWS S3 buckets?  Or through local files that we can check in Git?

Not currently. There are technical limitations, one of which is the need for an OIDC endpoint for the login providers (which help provide temporary credentials from AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
