Why does it always do a replace even though there's no change in the Helm chart code? Damn it.

also the engineers have told me to use Release instead of chart but that won't change this.

I can tell you that I had no success with v3.Chart deploying helm charts but I have a lot of success with v3.Release. <https://www.pulumi.com/registry/packages/kubernetes/api-docs/helm/v3/release/>
