Coming back to doing some Pulumi again here - does Pulumi ESC not support S3 or anything other than Pulumi Cloud for a backend?

only supports the cloud backend at this time

Understood. Is the Cloud backend pricing separate for ESC vs standard resource or is it assumed to be included? Apologies if this is answered somewhere else and I failed to read it.
