Thought I would share with the Pulumi team - 1. I’m loving ESC, it’s awesome 2. I’ve fully replaced all our stack configs for one project with ESC environments, which I realize is not the intended use case but it simplifies our config quite a bit.

This is definitely a key use case we want ESC to be great for!  Glad to hear it's working well for you.  This use case was our initial motivation for ESC, and although we've generalized the solution a little bit, we still want ESC first and foremost to be a great solution for managing configuration and secrets across stacks for Pulumi IaC.
