Hello! :wave: first time contributor here. I made a <https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-hugo/pull/3782|PR> for some updates to GCP OIDC documentation based on my recent troubleshooting experience. Is this the right place to drop it?

I also have reviewed multiple asks in <#C048NVDH6DV|pulumi-deployments> related to GCP OIDC setup that had similar issues, hopefully my understanding here is correct. Just hoping to add some clarity!
