is the pulumi k8s provider forked/generated from the terraform one, or has it been written specifically for pulumi?

<@U03CLBPHR0D> our Kubernetes provider is mainly <https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-kubernetes/blob/master/provider/cmd/pulumi-gen-kubernetes/main.go#L150|generated from the Kubernetes OpenAPI Spec>, with manual additions like for Helm support.

The awaiters are custom written im guessing?
