Does Pulumi have support for <https://docs.aws.amazon.com/notifications/latest/userguide/what-is-service.html|AWS User Notifications>? Haven't seen anything in the docs but thought I'd ask

I'm not sure I follow the distinction you're making. It's configuration that I otherwise have to enter manually, why wouldn't that be something Pulumi would support?
The fact that AWS seemingly doesn't provide an API for it is a separate question lol
