Hey, what is the correct way to build dockers to upload to aws (to later use in fargates) to ensure that the caching works? Currently we build the dockers using `@pulumi/docker` `4.3.1` and then upload them to `ecr` using `@pulumi/aws` `5.16.0` and `@pulumi/awsx` `0.40.0`
