Hey All, I see that `ca-west-1` isn't in the hard-coded list of Regions.  Is that likely to get added anytime soon?  Should I put up a PR for it based on <https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-aws/pull/2404/> ?

I’d open an issue in `pulumi/pulumi` first before starting a PR (just in case someone else is working on something or such). Thanks!
