:wave: Just getting started but would like to help with contributing to pulumi-java. I noticed the build does not work unless commit `ca12edfb4ef22d9cd09abcf7e026125da281dc3b` `Send old inputs to Delete (#14051)` is checked out in the `pulumi` submodule. Is this by design or should the build be fixed for the current `HEAD` commit of pulumi? Would that be a good first issue to help with?

Not by design, seems a reasonable issue to try picking up.
