for more than

7 - 8 months

now. Using this tools I was able to build infrastructures for more than

5 projects

and all of those had different level of complexity. Mostly services used: AWS ECS Fargate, S3, Lambda, SNS, SQS, VPC, S3, CloudFront, Secret Manager and a lot more. The reason for choosing

Pulumi

was it's an all in 1 tool unlike AWS CDK/CloudFormation and Terraform. No doubt it's amazing and so much ease but just 1 big problem in terms of career. I'm living in a third world country Pakistan and here only Terraform is only known to a few big companies. I can't even find a single big company who are using

Pulumi

so it's a big loss for us in terms of career as we can neither find someone who has experience nor we can find job it's really depressing. Now if I have to make a switch I need to learn Terraform which I don't like it's like going back to 1990s. Please some help is needed here. The pulumi community can make a job portal specific to their experts

At least here in the US, it's a little bit about the specific technologies and a lot more about skills. So my suggestion would be to tailor your resume/cv/etc to match what companies expect--talk about Infrastructure as Code or just Cloud Management instead of specifically Pulumi
