Hi! Is it possible to add notification channels to GCP's error reporting like you can via the GUI? (Asked this question here before https://stackoverflow.com/questions/78033115/how-to-add-created-notificationchannel-to-gcp-error-reporting-in-pulumi but did not get any useful answer so far unfortunately)
