I have a strange problem. I have created a group and attached an AdministratorAccess policy. I also have a user that I created manually that also has the AdministratorAccess policy attached. For some reason when I do a preview or up it tries to remove the policy from the user. I don't understand how pulumi can be removing a policy from a user that doesn't exist in the code. Does anyone know what is happening ?
