Given I'm creating a resource (such as cosmosdb), is it possible to write a policy that will detect if an alert for this resource (example: cosmos 20GB partition full) has been created? If my understanding is correct the alert is going to be a separate pulumi logo resource. Is it possible to write a policy that will detect this?
