I am a bit confused about how to build out a AWS Network Firewall with pulumi. I am moving from terraform over into pulumi, in terraform I did not have to specify the order, terraform just automagically figured out the stateful/stateless rules had to be created, before the policy. Are there any documents that will help me figuring out how to sort this out?
