Is anybody else experiencing this issue:

`error: Preview failed: constructing secrets manager of type "cloud": open keeper ***?region=eu-west-1&amp;awssdk=v2&amp;profile=profile_name: failed to get shared config profile, profile_name`

It started appearing today in multiple of our repositories more or less at the same time without any changes to our code, we’re using pulumi github actions step v5 and it uses Pulumi version 3.111.1 in the step.
