did anyone spot fly.io abandoning their terraform provider (and by extension the pulumi wrapper) seems like cloudflare are now preparing to do the same thing, they've just closed a bunch of GH issues saying to contact support for updates

Fly is not that surprising; it's a small team and they want to change the api at a faster pace than larger companies. Even the graphql api is provided on an as-is basis, and not really documented
I looked at Cloudflare's repo: I don't think they're dropping support, they're just not taking a conventional approach to github issues. They shift issues to their internal issue tracker, then close the public issue. It's pretty bad practice

OP: If you're referring to this kind of response, or this, that's not cloudflare discontinuing terraform but them clarifying what kind of things they want to track on Github
I am a paying Cloudlflare customer and haven't heard anything about this, plus they recently just released new tutorials on using Terraform and things like that. I very much doubt they are dropping support.

Regarding the Fly provider, the Pulumi provider is already updated to another OSS TF provider for Fly. https://github.com/dirien/pulumi-fly/commit/aeb9358eac5dea943958d24c96e22b7e16f1f0af
