How can I update a dependent stack automatically when one of the reference outputs to another stack changes?

Two primary options are:

My read is that `AutoDeployer` redeploys no matter what? Even if that outputs don't change?

I'm sorry, I cannot answer the question, I don't have experience with that solution.
