Hey! Our team has a problem where starting from April 16, the deployments take a lot longer to complete. Same amount of resources are changed, but the deployment times are 3x longer.

Looking at the update description, it seems like resources are just taking longer to update. E.g. 100s for a Lambda now takes 400 seconds. Has anybody else encountered the same problem?

Does anybody have some ideas where to look next? Thanks!

By deployments I specifically mean the `pulumi up` step.

Did you update to a newer versions around that time or have your versions been the same?

We have not updated pulumi versions for 5 months. Could try doing that to see if there are some benefits.
