Any tips I could share with him?

It seems like it's a validation error. As the error suggests the cert validation txt record is missing. How are the certs created?

Hi @hallowed-horse-57635, we are going to attempt to comment it out temporarily to get the site up and then manually create the entry and then come back to this afterward. I will let you know how we are doing this shortly. Thanks for the reply.
