Will Pulumi Drift Detection and Remediation, as well as TTL stacks become available to other platforms in the future, or will it only be available on Pulumi Cloud?

That’s right. These features are about scheduling and orchestrating underlying pulumi operations via Pulumi Cloud and Pulumi Deployments. The underlying `pulumi refresh —preview-only` (drift) `pulumi refresh`+ `pulumi up` (remediation) and `pulumi destroy` + `pulumi stack rm` (ttl) capabilities are available directly in the pulumi CLI and you can wire them in to any deployment orchestration technology.
