Is this a bug (in codegen) or am I missing something?

<https://www.pulumi.com/registry/packages/aws/api-docs/s3/bucketserversideencryptionconfigurationv2/#rules_nodejs|aws.s3.BucketServerSideEncryptionConfigurationV2>  has input `rules` but according to aws API and also terraform it should only be a single `rule`

Yes, just noted this down <https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-aws/issues/3879> looks like Pulumi should not pluralize it
