I've tried to manually install the  stable version of awsx plugin :

```pulumi plugin install resource awsx 2.12.1
[resource plugin awsx-2.12.1] installing
Downloading plugin: 19.74 MiB / 19.74 MiB [=========================] 100.00% 0s```
But the pulumi up command is still trying to get the alpha version of awsx .
