Maybe a different way to phrase the question - does anyone have any working C# code which allows you to create a Web App deployment slot with a Custom Domain? I've tried creating a Certificate and Certificate Binding using the same methods I used for the Web App itself (which works great btw!) but every single time I do it on a deployment slot I just get very un-meaningful errors (like "azure: error response cannot be parsed")
