Is this a kotlin traslation of <https://github.com/pulumi/templates/tree/master/kubernetes-java>? Because if so I think you could open a PR to add it to that repo, we already have a precedent for multiple languages for the same runtime in there (e.g. azure-csharp, azure-fsharp)
