the opensearch domain ebsoption's volume type missing  type of "gp3"

seems like you did open that issue :slightly_smiling_face:

hopefully we’ll get a release sooner than later

funnily enough I did change the disks in code, did a pulumi up and it was fine, then changed in aws manually as no changes, done a pulumi refresh and I’ve hit that type issue
