<https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-yaml/releases/tag/v1.8.0> should allow at least YAML processors to access the stack name through the environment, and that should have been released with <https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi/releases/tag/v3.119.0>, but I'm on v3.127.0 and the `compiler` program is not receiving those variables
